Her openness and curiosity are the base for her interest in DE&I and also led her to her current position as People & Culture manager for Equalture. She's responsible for recruitment, HR policies and fostering an inclusive environment for the Rotterdam-based scaleup. The company is shaking things up in the world of recruitment - by reducing biases and helping organisations make better hiring decisions based on science. DE&I is in the DNA of the company.
