Scrum is in our DNA, even before it was called Scrum (yes some of us are that old :-)). We strongly believe in working together with a team of highly motivated and skilled people. On a day to day basis you work with your team in close collaboration with the product owner in developing the best possible solution in order to take the customer one step further into achieving their goals. The team is responsible for delivering end-to-end features, this of course includes design and testing.

. After this introduction meeting we have a second interview which is more technical of nature. This gives us both the opportunity to learn how we think about code. We might ask you to join one of our teams for a (half) a day, and/or do a small assignment that will be used as basis for this part of the interview.
