What we do

The digitalisation of property management is an important step towards becoming resource efficient and being able to address the ever-increasing energy and climate issues. Sinom aims to help property owners in this transition and make this process easier and more efficient.
We are a research-based and investor-backed start-up with a drive to challenge the status quo, that is developing a digital platform for climate-smart data-driven maintenance and renovation planning of buildings. Our web-tool helps property owners automate their planning processes and use data and analytics to make decisions to push towards a more sustainable real estate sector and combat climate change.
