Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates 'SSDA' is one of the largest Debt Collection Companies in South Africa. The SSDA group is also invested in iContact which provides BPO services into USA, Australia and Africa from its offices in Cresta.

SSDA boasts an informal 'high five' culture with focus on results rather than micro management. SSDA is owner managed enabling quick decision making. We are also partly owned by one of South Africa's leading Private Equity firms.

We endeavor to hire from within our group of Companies. Should the required skill not be available within, we will then use word of mouth and our internal Human Capital team to source the best candidates.

Our Hiring Process:

Once we have shortlisted and found suitable candidates to interview, we will contact you and set up a telephonic screening with you directly.

The next step is for us to set up a face to face interview, with one or two of our IT Development Team members, and Human Capital representative. Here, we will interview you for 30 minutes, and you will then be required to do an assessment which takes approximately one hour.

We will then do reference checks, fraud checks and collect all relevant documents from you (certificates, certified ID, and work permits if applicable).

We aim to provide all candidates with feedback within a week. Should you be successful in this process, an offer letter will be sent to you within these timeframes.
