The SDLC that we prefer is Agile. We believe in using tools to make our life easier, and hence prefer processes that are automated over manual. We require our devs to make sure they deliver quality by writing good unit tests, sometimes even assist in writing automated regression tests. We want our devs to understand DevOps and be able to implement the best pipelines for their project. Deployments should be a breeze, not a pain.
