We take full ownership of the features and products we build. Therefore, we talk to our customers and users, and we support what we build! Success is not measured in projects but in long-term product success and value delivered to our customers!

Our Hiring Process

Leave the suit-and-tie at home and come have a coffee or a beer with us. If we like you, we might ask you to write a coding test, which does not require up-front studies (although we do reveal the scope 24 hours in advance). Accommodations can be made for strong candidates in remote locations to meet via Teams.

Our Approach to New Technology

We love new tech! We encourage and reward learning new skills and building POC's to test out new technologies. Before we adopt new tech for production, we strongly evaluate it in terms of staying power, maintainability and how supportable it is.

Our approach to Flexible working and WFH

We work from home but arrange the occasional social from time-to-time. Accommodations can be made for those who need, or prefer an office-like environment. We have a beautiful, well equipped office in Menlyn Maine, Pretoria. We can also arrange for membership at any of the many cool coworking spaces that are available almost anywhere in the world (Spaces, Workshop 17, etc).
