Our Engineering Process is heavily based on Agile methodologies, accurate and intense architecture, planning and fast sprints. But as we're a very fast growing company (with a startup culture), we love receiving input from each team member and constantly iterating our process to be the best.
Our hiring process is tough, but rewarding. A number of interviews and technical assessments (for every role) is involved. But it ensures that we only pick the best, and really get to know you before we hire you.
You'll be lead through a series of interviews - some one-on-one, some panel-based interviews. This allows our core team members to get to know you, and you get to know them, ask questions and get a good feel for the company and business before you make a decision.
After the interviews, dependant on your role, you'll be asked to perform a technical task or technical interview. This could be as simple as writing a short white paper (1 to 2 pages) on a recently disclosed vulnerability - all the way through playing a wargame in our range, or performing specific analysis on a set of data.
