💬 Interviewing as a developer
Interviews are your chance to prove to an employer why they should hire you. They’re also an opportunity for you to interview the company and fully explore the job:
“There’s a misconception that companies should lead the entire interview process. This is partly connected to the idea that companies hold all the power and you’re the guest. This is not true because, in actual fact, you’re also ‘interviewing’ the company to see if they’re the right fit for you.”
Preparing effectively for interviews will help you sufficiently explore every opportunity that crosses your path.
