What we do

OneDayOnly holds the esteemed title of being South Africa's original daily deals website. Our deals offer excellent discounts, limited supply and are on sale for one day only (hence our uber-creative name). We partner with top brands and key suppliers to be able to offer their products to over a million potential customers through our daily mailer, the website itself and social media marketing.

Provided the quality and price are right, we'll sell anything - and that's exactly what makes us so appealing to both buyer and seller. Couple this with the urgency of the deal and it creates a winning formula for a high number of sales in a very short space of time.

This website doesn't run itself: we employ about 350 highly varied human beings to sell things, buy things, process things, answer emails, repair things and work on our website. And that last one is important because, without that website, we don't exist as a company. Like Uber without owning cars or AirBnB without real estate. Tss.

Our engineering processes are developing as we speak. Very exciting.

We have an amazing team who are extremely proud of what we have achieved. We continue to innovate, explore and challenge our current processes so that we can have SA's "most advanced online shop". We live in a world where technology is changing rapidly, thus we want to have a team of developers who are empowered, creative and forward-thinking. That should excite you.

Our Hiring Process

If you look promising, we'll probably have you in for two or three interviews and a little skills assessment. The interviews are usually with the head of the department and one of your potential future colleagues.
