Remote/office-based position: Hybrid 50/50 one can choose to work from the Amsterdam or Rotterdam office on those days they go into the office
1st step: 30 min - 1hr with HR with a Snr team member to see if it's a culture fit and understand whether the candidate's CV and what the candidate can do are alligned, what projects they have worked on, what the candidate has implemented.
2nd step: Might send tech assessment. Nouha is evaluating the assessment. The candidate will have 8hrs to spend on completing the assessment, they will get feedback. Can spend 3 days to complete. It will be reviewed.
Feedback to be given by Snr managers, for those that have done well.
