Our recruitment process consists of two interviews.
The first interview will involve a logical reasoning assessment as well as a technical assessment on GitHub. The interview will include our Senior Devs and HR. The purpose is to create an opportunity for both you and the company to see whether there is a good technical and environmental fit. Sometimes the Devs will surprise you with a live test in the interview.
The second interview will be with our product team who wants to make sure you fit in with our team and determine whether your mind works in the ways required to survive in our world.
Sometimes a third interview is required which will be more of a meet and greet with our Operations Director, Karin.
