Fintec Labs is an African-based innovation hub, using technology to solve real-world challenges. We are the crazy troublemaking rebels who see and do things differently.

Focused on democratizing financial services through technology, we build beautiful client experiences, developer-friendly platforms, and intelligence tools that give everyone the ability to create amazing products that solve big problems.

We have built several financial technology platforms primarily for large non-bank financial institutions in South Africa. A flagship platform is OptiCollect - a collection optimisation application that enables clients to collect recurring subscriptions or policy revenue more efficiently. It utilises cloud-only infrastructure and machine learning to increase straight-through-processing rates, lower collection costs with increased collection success.

2. Demonstrate how you can solve some of our problems.
3. Go for an Beer/Ice tea and agree the terms to get you onto the team.
4. After 2nd Beer/Ice, discuss how we will disrupt the industry.
5. Start work as soon as possible.
