WHAT?

We are a group of misfits that enjoy building digital products. Our measurement tools are used by the aviation, retail and service industries. We provide custom development change to our clients but we are not a custom software development house.

Our software helps businesses improve their service delivery, service quality and digitize their paper and checklists. Our tool also manages tasks and workflows so things get done quickly.

Most importantly we're not "trying" to be an enterprise solution, though we give them a good run for their money. We're simple, easy to use and most importantly users think its cool and get the job done ... well!

WHY?

We look for the sharp, out of the box thinkers with a can do attitude. Micromanaging is sooooo corporate and we don't like that. A healthy balance of work and banter keeps us sane and we encourage it! We don't have job titles because everyone likes to get their hands dirty and get stuck into tackling challenges. Other points on our checklist of awesomeness are as follows:

• No long-winded team meetings because we're small ... TICK!
• No micromanaging because we're a focused team with achievable goals ... TICK!

HOW?

We have an agile approach to development. We like small, incremental updates and improvements because no one likes to be in the office until 12AM hitting espressos to get them through a night performing system roll backs. Quality and accuracy is our core which is why we under promise and over deliver.

You bet! Our process is easy, we have a face to face meeting and if we think you're cool and fit our company culture we have a second interview with a test to gauge your aptitude.
