B2Wise develops a supply chain planning cloud-based application based on DDMRP principles. Our global clients use our App to drive their daily replenishment decisions i.e. what to buy, make and distribute through their network. Our clients include TakeALot, LMVH, Air Liquide, NHS, DHL, AutoGlass, Onmia, Komatsu, DHL, BRP (Sea-Doo/Ski-Doo) & Orica.
Today our main business units are in France and South Africa but in the last year we have opened offices in the USA, UK, Spain, Australia and Mexico. In the next 5 years, we are looking to expand rapidly from 120 to 500 global customers and from 40 to 120 staff.
Currently, we employ 8 Senior Developers, a Scrum Master and 2 Testers and we have a great team culture. Our development team is fully remote and we measure performance by output and your ability to get things DONE. Development tasks include writing new functionality (small and large..including AI), improving our architecture on AWS; optimizing the performance of our backend and frontend, fixing bugs and enhancing the UX/UI
We are a young, energetic and ambitious company with a very flat management structure. We are truly global employing 50 people across 10 countries. We need everyone in the company to be customer obsessed; a team player; be able to work independently, have the ability to invent and simplify; take ownership; solve problems quickly and effectively; and help us build something world-beating.
B2Wise runs fortnightly development cycles (sprints). These sprints are put together by the Scrum Master and Product Owner. All developments are tested and then published to UAT. We (and our customers) then test and publish to Live in a monthly cycle.
If you are an independent worker who can fit into a team, can solve problems, is willing to learn, can work to our customers' deadlines and cares a lot, then we want you on our team.
Once a potential candidate is identified, we will kick off an interview with the CEO. If there is a fit, a second interview will be held with the development lead and team members. In some cases, a short skills assessment may be required.
