Our development process
As a team, we work with a hybrid project management philosophy that allows us to serve our clients better and deliver projects efficiently. While we don't follow specific models like Agile due to our team's size, we ensure that each project is assigned to the most suitable person with the required skill sets. Our head office is in Johannesburg, with a regional branch in Cape Town.
Interview process
We typically conduct 2 to 3 interviews.
The first step is a short coding challenge.
Next is a follow-up interview with the head of development, which is more about discovering one another and determining whether we are the right fit for each other.
We will arrange another interview meeting with the development team if this goes well.
After the interview, we will compile a shortlist and start negotiations with our possible new team members.
