Our Hiring Process

The first step is a Pre Interview where we can explain you more about Alasco and the position - this is followed by a Coding Task, this is an online assignment - in the 3rd step you would have a Tech/ Main interview where we go more into your previously solved Coding Task and ask more technical questions - Founder Meet & Team Meet: In the last step you will have the opportunity to meet one of our 3 founders and learn more about Alasco's culture and values. You will also get to know some of your future colleagues.
